This course is required to apply to take the Arkansas Real Estate Exam to become licensed real estate agent. It is also a great resource for consumers wanting to better understand the world of real estate.
Our hands-on, participation-oriented approach is engineered to engage and interest all levels of students / participants.
This course covers a detailed overview of the principles of real estate. This includes vocabulary, terminology, ideology and the basic mathematical skill set required to pass the Arkansas real estate exam. The course also covers contracts, insurance, appraisals and Arkansas License Law.
What’s Included?
A hard copy study guide will be provided. If you are a LIVESTREAM student, a study guide will be mailed to you on the first day of class.
A digital copy of all presentations, quizzes, practice tests, and classroom materials will be provided through our classroom links
You will need a WIFI enabled device ( desktop, laptop, tablet or phone) for class so that you can access the online information.

Weekday : 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for a total of 6 sessions.
Weekend : 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for three consecutive weekends for a total of 6 sessions.
It is possible to combine weekdays and weekends .

So you passed the Exam, now what?
Congratulations! You’ve passed the licensing exam . We knew you could do it!
Now you’re ready to launch your real estate career. You have 90 days to turn in your papwerwork to the AREC. Dont miss this deadline. If you miss it, you will test again..
Now that you are an agent, you’ll be required to complete 18 hours Post license . You have 6 months from the time you activate your license to get this completed. After that, you’ll need at least 7 hours Continuing Education per year.
