Pre-Licensing

National School of Real Estate offers 60 hour courses that 1) prepare you  for one of the real estate sales and broker examination and 2) satisfies educational requirements for sales real estate licenses.

Scheduling for our 60 hour classes are:

• Day Classes
  Monday through Thursday
  2 weeks 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  
• Weekend Classes
  Saturdays and Sundays
  8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  Three Weekends

The cost of the course is $350. An optional one-day review is offered each month.  This review is free to current students.  Others may attend for $75.

Our 60-hour course meets the educational requirement for State licensure for Sales and Brokers.  This course is approved by the Arkansas State Board of Private Career Education.

Arkansas Real Estate License Laws require six classroom hours of prescribed instruction prior to renewal of licenses each year. These classes are scheduled each month at the school location. The cost of the course is $60 in advance.

We also can provide these hours at your location by prior arrangement for 15 or more attendees.  Contact us for details.

We offer both the 18-hour Sales post-licensing course and the 30-hour Brokers post-licensing course. The cost of the 18-hour course is $200 and the 30-hour course is $250 in advance. Call for class times and schedule, or click here.

There is a $50 deposit required to reserve your class room seat.

Application for testing can be made only after one has completed the educational requirements for testing. A completed application must be mailed or delivered to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission before the exam date desired. Their applications are distributed in class along with instructions outlining the testing procedure.
